From Texas to the Nation: How AIDENDO Is Expanding Telehealth to Stamp Out Metabolic Disease

When I founded the Advanced Institute for Diabetes & Endocrinology (AIDENDO) in early 2021, my goal was to redefine how we care for people with diabetes, obesity, thyroid disorders, and hormone care in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. From the beginning, it was about more than labs and prescriptions. It was about listening, educating, and empowering patients.

But the crisis of metabolic disease doesn’t end at the Texas border.

That’s why I’m proud to share that AIDENDO’s telehealth services now span across Texas, Oklahoma, California, Colorado, New Mexico, and Washington—with Oregon launching soon. Our mission has always been to make expert endocrine care more accessible, more human, and more impactful. Now, we’re doing just that—nationwide.

Why Expand Telehealth? Because Millions Are Missing Out

Nearly 49 million Americans are projected to have type 2 diabetes by 2030. Yet, most will never see a specialist. Why? Because traditional systems are overwhelmed. Many patients face six-month wait times, rushed 15-minute visits, and generic advice that doesn’t reflect their unique biology or goals.

In the DFW mid-cities, I often hear things like:

“No one has ever explained diabetes to me like this before,” or “This is the first time I feel like someone is treating me, not just my A1c.”

That’s why we built AIDENDO to go beyond the standard. And now, we’re bringing that same experience to patients across the country.

What Makes AIDENDO’s Telehealth Different?

  • Whole-Person, Integrative Endocrinology: Whether you’re facing diabetes, menopause, PCOS, or thyroid nodules, our treatment plans are rooted in evidence-based medicine, lifestyle guidance, and cutting-edge therapies.
  • Next-Gen Tools: We’re early adopters of advanced diabetes technologies like CGMs, insulin pumps, and even the “artificial pancreas” systems. We also offer radiofrequency ablation (RFA) for thyroid nodules—one of the few clinics in the U.S. to do so.
  • DiaDirect App for Ongoing Support: Our proprietary platform allows you to share blood sugars, pressures, and symptoms in real-time—so we can adjust treatment between visits, not just react months later.
  • Speed + Expertise: We see most new patients within two weeks. You get direct access to a board-certified endocrinologist without waiting for months.
  • Education First: We make sure you understand why things happen and how to change them. You’re never rushed. Your questions are always welcome.

How It Works

  • Secure Virtual Visits: From the comfort of your home, meet with me or a member of my team for comprehensive consultations.
  • Connected Monitoring: Using CGMs, BP monitors, and DiaDirect, we help you stay on track between visits.
  • Collaborative Network: Need a podiatrist, nephrologist, or dietitian? We coordinate your care with trusted providers.
  • Serving You Where You Are: Available now in TX, OK, NM, CA, WA, OR and CO.

Does It Work? The Data Says Yes

Research shows that virtual endocrine clinics with connected tech, board-certified guidance, and patient education can reduce A1c levels by up to 2.3% in just 6 months. At AIDENDO, we see these results every day.

Fewer hospitalizations. Less burnout. More confidence. Real change.

Why This Mission Matters—To Me

I’ve lived in Oregon, trained in California, New Mexico, Michigan, and the East Coast, and now call Texas home. I chose this field because I’ve seen the devastation of diabetes and metabolic conditions—and I’ve seen the power of targeted, human-centered care to change lives.

So when patients from outside Texas started traveling hours just to see us, I knew we needed to do more. Everyone deserves this level of care, no matter their zip code.

Because good medicine isn’t just about access. It’s about listening, explaining, and caring with integrity.

Who Can Benefit from AIDENDO’s Telehealth Services?

  • People with diabetes, prediabetes, or insulin resistance
  • Women navigating menopause, PCOS, or hormone shifts
  • Patients with thyroid nodules, osteoporosis, or adrenal issues
  • Anyone tired of being rushed through care or misunderstood by the system

Whether you’re on Medicare, managing care privately, or simply want transparency and expert support—we’re here.
